I’m finally starting to make some real inroads in the direction you’re talking about. I’m catching myself at the first hint of a futile outburst & thinking, “What’s that gonna get me,” or “Don’t go there,” or . . .

So, just as I start going in a direction I’ll probably regret, I find myself pivoting in a better direction. Sometimes, I’ve still gone on and rebelled against the whole thing. Okay. At least, it was a choice! Hahaha! ;O)
